Description
Installation:
- Attach the form liner clamp to the waler. Use duplex nails.
- Install the 2X4 Strongback through the open back of the liner clamp with the wedge hanging down and loose.
- Rotate the wedge up and tighten with a hammer.
Features
- Use with a single 2x4 for vertical or horizontal form alignment in single waler wall forming. Clamps are not used for strengthening of the form.
- Can be installed after erecting the forms.
- Form Liner Clamp can be installed anywhere along the forms and aren't bound by the tie spacing. Corrosion resistance for long use - Clamps are galvanized.
- Fast installation of Strongbacks considerably reduces forming costs.
- Usually used on one side of the wall forming and are spaced about 6' horizontally. Typically, Form Liner Clamps will attach strongbacks at every other single waler.
- Allows for the consistent use of Short End (4 3/4" end) snapties.
